I have been in this position for approximately 4 years and have used O’Connors Property Reports almost exclusively during this time (it has only been when a client has had affiliations with another reporting firm that we have gone elsewhere at their instructions).
O’Connors supply all records inspections e.g. strata reports, company reports and site inspections e.g. building, survey, valuation.
At all times they have been extremely helpful, fast (as possible, sometimes under adverse conditions), honest and efficient. If they are unable to accommodate an order for example within a time frame they will contact you to work out an alternative. I don’t think they have a “too hard” basket.
OPR will also locate, quote and arrange for licensed and insured inspections, I presume, anywhere within NSW. As I have used this service in outlying country areas, saving myself a lot of time going through phone books and then I have the knowledge that there is a reputable firm on the other end.
